Consider wording of 'purpose' question

In our workshop we found it extremely difficult to answer "[w]hat is is that we do that no one else can", because ultimately anything you do can be duplicated by another team.

Was your wording deliberately this absolute, or would relaxing it to something like "what is it that we do that sets us apart" get at the core of what you're asking, while not being absolute?

The original purpose of this question was to drive home the idea that each team should exist for a specific purpose. I agree that I should reword it because the word “can” speech to ability, not purpose. I’ll touch that one up this week. Thank you so much for the feedback!
