Remove pickfirst metrics as mentioned in [A94](https://github.com/grpc/proposal/blob/master/A94-subchannel-otel-metrics.md) as subchannel metrics are added with [this PR](https://github.com/grpc/grpc-go/pull/8738) by 1.81 Release.
