perf: replace `debug` with `obug`

grammy currently has debug as one of its dependecies. I suggest to take a look at obug (https://www.npmjs.com/package/obug?activeTab=readme), which is a drop-in replacement for debug, has 0 dependencies and better performance.

I will submit a PR if this is something you might consider.

Thanks for the suggestion, obug looks like a cool endeavour that I was not aware of yet.

For grammY, we are working towards having 0 external dependencies. This will be achieved as soon as grammY 2.0 ships. I don't think it makes sense to swap out debug before that. We have already written https://jsr.io/@grammyjs/debug which is what we use on our v2 branch.

Perhaps we can use a slimmed-down version of obug to refine our implementation?

@sxzz's implementation still uses Object.keys(process.env). This causes a permission prompt on Deno, which is unacceptable.

What are the performance implications of such a switch anyway? Do we have reproducible benchmarks yet? What does the data say? If there's anything significant in there, it might justify switching the dependency.
