Add support for configuring different storage classes per zone when Zone Awareness is enabled in Loki

Description:
Currently, when Zone Awareness is enabled in Loki, there is no option to configure different storage classes for each zone. This limits flexibility in optimizing storage configurations across zones with different requirements.

Proposed Solution:
Introduce an option to specify the storage class under the zoneAwareness configuration, allowing developers to assign different storage classes for each zone. This feature would enhance the ability to optimize storage and improve overall performance in multi-zone deployments.
