Currently batch data is always created in a database with a 1h retention policy.

Often a batch query is used for longer time periods. This is especially needed with the context of relative timestamps (#27).

Custom batch data duration added in https://github.com/DreadPirateShawn/kapacitor-unit

(With apologies, I've fully forked rather than pushing upstream PRs, since the upstream doesn't really have an active maintainer.)
