Configure a default langage and default theme

Let's be honest, most of us don't have users from all over the world and it's kind of frustrating for me to have to re-select the french langage and dark theme everytime i connect to my Komga instance from a different environnement.

It would be great if we could configure a default theme and default langage for a Komga instance (ans still let users modify them at logon)

how often would you need to connect from a new environment really ?

The next version of the webui will try to get the preferred language from the browser's settings, as for the theme the default is 'system' so if you are a heavy dark theme user then your device is probably set to dark, so it should be picked up automatically.
