Better webui performance

I know this is not an easy fix, but I would really appreciate it if it's at least being considered.
The webui is excruciatingly slow, it takes at least 3 seconds to go from the reading page to the series page. Navigating between pages is also slow. Startup is especially the slowest (takes anywhere from 4-20 seconds).
I'm sorry if it comes as a selfish request, I also tried debugging the app to make it faster myself, followed the developer wiki and cloned the repo, but came to the conclusion that the culprit is probably vuejs or some important dependences like the ui components. Which makes this a monstrous task with no actual reward / demand. But I just wanted to chip in and say that I would love to have at least some performance enhancements to the ui if even the slightest.

must be a you problem, the current UI is quite fast on all my devices, and this is the first report of such slowness. Your server might be slow, meaning the API requests may be slow.

I ran the app on multiple servers, including my main pc which has ryzen 7950x. Still same perf, the bottleneck is mostly the ui. The slowness I mentioned is not a network issue, rather it's vuejs's virtual dom, it takes 2-3 seconds just for dom to be created / updated.

can you check how long are the API responses ? i can't read anything from that screenshot. Could also be your browser being slow if the API responses are fast.
