Manual Update (from ZIP file)

Hi everyone, I am currently running Komga 1.14.1 on a Windows Server 2012 system.
I can't run the installation EXE file to update Komga (no GetCurrentPackageFullName in kernel32.dll), probably because my OS is too old.

I was wondering if it would be OK dowloading the ZIP package for v1.18 and replacing the corresponding files ?
What will happen to my SQLite database, which i don't want to lose ?

And switching to a newer OS is not an option, the hardware won't handle it :/

which ZIP package are you talking about ? If you run on a server you should probably use either the JAR or DOCKER.
