[Fullstack] Haskell + htmx + _hyperscript

Currently WIP. The article feeds and comment functionality need to be completed. Reorganizing the structure of the modules to make the code base more accessible. Then I will focus on implementing the rest of the features and submit it. I'm using servant, lucid, lucid-htmx, lucid-hyperscript, hasql for the database, and forma for form validation.
