There's probably a bunch of places that need to be updated to support this properly (including better packing/layout annotations), but one that I've already stumbled upon is in --lwe-add-client-interface, which does not support tests/Examples/openfhe/naive_matmul.mlir because it uses tensor<ctxt>.
