Hello,
We are currently evaluating the usage of OpenMRS as FHIR Backend for an Android App based on Open Health Stack.
As well explained here , the approach is to use Keycloak and Access Gateway to implement Authentication and Access Control.
As OpenMRS offer a oauth2login module and access control via Datafilter I'm wondering if the gateway is required with this setup.
I would believe we can skip the gateway and let Android access directly to OpenMRS and to our IDP ( that could be Keycloak or Azure AD).
