Describe the bug

Apache 2 license has not been filled in, and left as boilerplate.

To Reproduce (if applicable)

1. Go to https://github.com/google/accompanist/blob/main/LICENSE
2. Scroll down to line 178
3. See that instructions for filling in copyright year and copyright owners have not been carried out.

Expected behavior (if applicable)

Year and copyright owner to be specified at least. I think something like "respective authors and developers" would do, but I am not a lawyer.

Probably can remove most of that file apart from line 189 (filled in) onwards.
