Hello,
I implemented this library inside my app to refresh a web page. The only problem is that every now and then (not always) to drag at the bottom of the screen, the effect does not follow the movement of the finger, but remains fixed.
Direction of elastic effect is blocked!
Does it happen to others?

iOS: 11 Swift: 4.1
