In Firefox Nightly as of July 25, the "Open Link in New Tab" and maybe some related gestures are broken again. This appears to be very similar as described at

https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/firegestures/reviews/880547/

I also tried version 1.11(.0), but the gestures didn't work there as well. So it doesn't seem to be a simple reversal of the issue fixed in 1.11.1.

This is also broken on v56.0b1 :/

The gesture to close tabs, to duplicate tabs and to got the the tab on the left/right are still working though.
