Rework the adopters/partners section in the community site

Hi team,

In https://goharbor.io/community/ the term "Partner" is kinda vague and confusing for many, we discussed few times we don't have clear definition of it.
I would like to rework that section of the page as:

Adopters: - with definition
All end users

Contribution Organizations:
VMware/BC, Container Registry, OVH CLoud, SUSE/Rancher, Mirantis etc.
To include all entities that are either contributing/maintaining or have long running commitment to the project.
Also to link some charts from devstats.

And if we think that a section Integrations will make more sense we can add it as well like:
Aqua, Anchore, sysdig, tensor security etc....
All projects/companies/products that can integrate with Harbor but are not shipped with Harbor and do NOT contribute to the main code but rather to adapter or some other component.

I am all in, in improving the current listing
