Feature: Addition of `gc` command

Managing cleanup/garbage collection of system. As per the Harbor Swagger, as per my understanding the command distribution will be like:-

commands

1. gc history
   • Supporting q, sort, pagination and ID/Name search.
2. gc stop
   • Supports by ID or by name
3. gc logs
   • Supports by ID or by Name
4. gc schedule
   1. gc schedule create
      • Supports form flags and charm/huh based input
   2. gc schedule get
      • Supports tabular viewing.
   3. `gc schedule update
      • Supports form flags and charm/huh based input

Misc Tasks

• Rename history to jobs (view jobs). Since it shows active jobs as well.
• Add name to ID conversion
