This is an enhancement than a bug but it elicits an erroneous track from the user

1. Switch between Track and Mesh views in the TableWidget
2. TrackID is reset to 1 instead of keeping it current
3. User automatically continues tracking or segmenting with TrackID=1 and resets the original meshes TrackID 1 to 0.
