Please consider to provide mono builds alongside the normal builds, Mono C# is a official language too.

Sorry, I don't know. But we have AAR library for Android plugins (Mono / C#), so I thought that we should had to build the plugin with it for C#. https://downloads.tuxfamily.org/godotengine/3.2.3/mono/godot-lib.3.2.3.stable.mono.release.aar
