Backchannel Logout for OAuth2 source #16484

I have a setup with multiple authentik instances with are connected over federations.
When logging out from the main instances the session in the other instances which are connected over oauth2 is still active.
Describe the solution you'd like
Support for accepting Backchannel Logout request from federation sources.
So that the main instances can send a backchannel logout to the child/federated instances.
