This seems to have a problem with github.com and some other sites for me. Can you add an option to add exceptions? ie to be able to blacklist some sites from using the bars.

I'm seeing the problem in github now as well. It used to work perfectly fine.

I guess Chrome changed something. ):

But still, I don't think website exceptions scale well. I think we need to figure out the problem and either fix the problem or fall back to the default scrollbars (which we do in other places).

I meant website exceptions as in user specified websites that force fallback to the default scrollbars, to provide a work around to users if they have issues or whatever reason. Although I would also like to see it be fixed for github as well, if possible.

I have the same problem, but on Youtube (Cosmic Panda).
