Game crahes and visual errors #1

The game crashes after the colonel's final mission. After this mission there seems to be a ghost car in the first right garage of Hyman Condo, so when approaching it an error occurs and the game crashes.
The car's damage bar constantly changes size by flashing which gives an ugly visual appearance.
