类内部的一些异常信息都是中文的，哪位英文好的，请贡献一下翻译哦！

多语言支持确实是个问题，在Utility中，大多数的字符串我都使用Resources了，其他的类库有时间也尽量整理出来吧，把Resources的Key定义好，多语言做起来就比较容易了
