Add a 'last updated' footer/header ? #31

It would help to detect issue to have a 'last updated' field somewhere in the page, so people could detect the difference between 'the planet is not building' and "no one did post since 3 weeks". It would also help later once we will have monitoring.

So maybe a link to jenkins would be sufficient
