How to install basicsr version1.4.2

Hi,

when I do "pip install basicsr", Conda try to install basicsr 1.4.9, but I got some error as below:

What is the version of pip or other things like setuptools

Firstly, I provide some version information here. The pip version is 21.2.4. BasicSR: 1.4.2, PyTorch: 1.8.0+cu111, and TorchVision: 0.9.0+cu111. Secondly, the basicsr v1.4.2 may be the latest stable version. You can try to install 1.4.2 version of basicsr again. You can continue to ask any questions you meet. Thanks.
