Add success / failure notifications on callback

Use Bank is currently not functional. Either add success/failure notifications or remove Use Bank option, so that people can only use a Credit Card (note that they can also use debit card).

Need a callback success or failure page.
Integrate Dwolla webhooks in the Rails-api repo.
