The link to the github help article 'creating a workflow file' (under 'Create workdlow' in the README no longer leads to a live document

The url: https://docs.github.com/en/articles/configuring-a-workflow#creating-a-workflow-file

gives a 404 error:

https://docs.github.com/en/actions/use-cases-and-examples/creating-an-example-workflow might be an appropriate replacement?
