When prompting with the GH CLI extension, I get the following options:

? Select an option  [Use arrows to move, type to filter]
> Copy command to clipboard
  Explain command
  Execute command
  Revise command
  Rate response
  Exit

I would like to be able to either configure a default option here. Alternatively, it would be nice to either copy or execute a command with a single additional keystroke after prompting.
