A web2-like experience to fund public goods

Until web3 sybil resistance is truly fixed, I believe it's reasonable to rely on AML and KYC practices of fiat-on-ramp services or PSP providers like Stripe instead of Passport to onboard more web2 users

This would be an ideal user story:
"As a web2 user I want to login w/ my email to access my app-specific wallet (Privy), add funds w/ a credit card and donate"
