Color blind option for diff preview

Describe the issue

The diff preview uses red and green to differentiate between removals and additions. At least, I assume those are the colors because I can't see a difference :)

Dark mode is actually a little easier to see than light mode.

Maybe blue/orange or blue/red as an option?

Thanks a lot for reporting!

I think in the Global Settings -> Appearance options, we could add a selector for preset color combinations - one of them could be a red-green color-blind alternative.
