When the release workflow is ran, master does not have the most up to date version of the release branch merged in, meaning the check status part of the "Merge release PR" could time out.

This should be fixed to avoid having to manually merge before releases.

Temp workaround: monitor auto PR and merge manually before timeout, e.g. #118 : 6dcdf30
