generate the list of files from the database

User story

As a curator
I want a list of all files stored in the database
So that I can compare that list to the files in Wasabi

Acceptance criteria

Given the existance of GigaDB
When someone runs a sql query on it
Then a curator is given the complete list of all files held in GigaDB at given date

Additional information:

The list of files should include:
Dataset DOI
File name
File location

this is required to complete #752
