When creating Histogram plots, the "get_symbol_colors( )" to ask the chart to follow layer style would only return 1 colour legend and the remaining bars are shown black.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Categorise a layer'sdata and apply styles to it (number in this case)
Plot Histogram
For Marker color, click Data Defined Override and click edit
type "get_symbol_colors( )" or select it under Data Plotly
The chart only picks up one color and the rest are shown black
