Hi Dr. Mowinckel,
Thanks so much for contribution ggsegHO.
Currently I need to present the values using HO atlas. However, I am still confused how to plot the HO atlas with data.
Could you give more details about how to plot the data values using HO atlas.

Hi!

Have you seen the tutorial about using your own data with ggseg? Replace the dk atlas with the HO atlas, everything else should be the same.
