ROI labels switched? #1
Comments
Hi Dr. Mowinckel, To add to this thread, I've found a few more label switches in addition to those Sarah mentions above. To re-iterate: 1) left subcallosal cortex with left juxtapositional lobule cortex, 2) left lingual gyrus with left parahippocampal gyrus (posterior division), 3) right inferior temporal gyrus (anterior division) with right inferior temporal gyrus (posterior division), 4) right frontal operculum cortex with right occipital fusiform gyrus, and 5) left angular gyrus with left supramarginal gyrus (posterior division). Thank you for the great package! William Kim |
Hi both! @sarpolk sorry for not responding, this completely fell off my radar! Thanks @willshk96 for bumping it. I'll try getting to it asap, and have now put it in my to-do, so it should not be forgotten again. Thank you both for notifying me! |
Hello, Thanks |
Hi! I'm checking in just to say I'm sorry for not following up. I am on long-term sick leave and am not able to deal with maintenance at this point. I will follow up as soon as I am able, and hope someone else might be able to help in the mean time. |
Hi Dr. Mowinckel!
I was using this package to selectively display certain ROIs that I'm including in an analysis, and I noticed some regions were not displaying in the right places. Specifically, I found that the left subcallosal area is switched with the left juxtapositional lobule cortex (pink and blue in the example figure), and the right lingual gyrus is switched with the left posterior parahippocampal gyrus (harder to see, as they're similar shades of purple). I've sorted this out for my own figure, but thought I would let you know, just in case you weren't already aware.
Best,
Sarah Polk
