Allow Web Vitals to be filtered by connection type

Problem Statement

It would be valuable to be able to filter Web Vitals by connection type, similar to what is possible with browsers.

We should be cognizant of the fact that we're adding quite a few different filters, maybe we need a search experience for some of these advanced filters rather than a drop down?
