If you add project to the excluded tags area it is ignored and is still displayed in Slack. The company I work for only has a single product we work on so this isn't required and just adds a bit of clutter.

All of our project notifications are sent into separate Slack channels
making the addition of the project name redundant in the notification.
This patch adds a configuration option to suppress the project name from
the notification.
