Marshal to YAML lacks paths

Marshal spec to YAML has empty paths since #763

This is because:

type Paths map[string]*PathItem

was changed to:

type Paths struct {
 	Extensions map[string]interface{} `json:"-" yaml:"-"`

 	m map[string]*PathItem
 }

which omits the pathItem map from the YAML output.

Hi! I've run in the same issue, found this: #883 and it do the trick for me.

Hi @reuvenharrison! Indeed the fix here is to use the same yaml lib kin-openapi uses. Can this work for you?
I'd like this restriction to be lifted but did not find a solution
