There is an issue with the vendor's withdrawal balance

Description:

When a vendor sells products using wePOS from their dashboard, they collect cash by default. However, after the sale, the amount is added to the vendor's earnings, allowing them to submit a withdrawal request.

Expected behavior:

If a vendor sells products using wePOS from their dashboard, the earnings will not be added to the withdrawal amount.

System status:

WordPress: v6.6
WooCommerce: v9.3.3
wePOS: v1.2.8
Dokan: v3.12.6

I need this function implemented for now. Could someone assist me with the code used to achieve this?

Specifically, I would like to exclude certain amounts from being added to the vendor's withdrawable balance, similar to how it works when the setting shown in this screenshot is enabled in Dokan: Dokan setting screenshot.

Once I have the code, I can customize it further based on my specific needs.
