Agent context wiped after clicking "stop" button

Every time I click the "Stop" button to interrupt the agent, after making my next request it triggers "System Initialized" block in the chat and the agent doesn't remember any of its code changes or anything from what we were just talking about (context reinitialization essentially). It seems consistently reproducible for me after running the steps in multiple chats and projects.

Reproduction steps:

1. Start new chat and build context
2. Click stop button to interrupt the agent
3. Send another message related to previous context

Issue:
Agent no longer remembers anything from before "Stop" button clicked.

Hardware:
Mac M1 Air 8GB (OSX 26)
