If for some reason user wish to stop currently running analysis,
we must have a stop analysis button in Queue overview page (Dashboard)

Should have following functionality:

  1. Stop button stops current running process
  2. Resume button starts analysis task
  3. This is not a global analysis stop action but closely related to the queue in question
