SGD has somehow added a NOT to a ND F, but the Form has an odd text popup when you try and use the pencil icon, can't quite read it but it might say 'cancel' and something about a circle.

The NOT does not appear in the Annotation Preview and I don't see where in GE this could be fixed (NOT box is not ticked).

I believe the issue with the model before the NOT was added (the reason we were messing with it) was we didn't want this ND F annotation, there is an existing F term we entered in P2GO and isn't appearing in the Form search annotations (RCA to zinc ion binding added 20-Apr-2022).

So, basically we just didn't want to propagate that ND but now have no idea how to remove the ND if we wanted to.
