mtx1 lactation annotation

changes in expression used to annotate lactation

I noticed while annotating mitochondrial genes that metaxin (human) is annotated to lactation from rat.

This paper was used :

but it is likely that many of these expression changes are not solely dependent on the process of lactation.

Mtx1 is an essential gene, part of the SAM complex required for protein import into the mitochondria.
This paper doesn't seem suitable for GO annotation, what tdo you think?

Also @pgaudet perhaps we could ask the Ensembl pipeline not to transfer IEP annotations?
