I am having an issue downloading and exporting some tables:

This is the web view:

amigo1

And this is what is being exported after clicking the download button.

amigo2

Please notice ENMUS which refer to Mus musculus organism while I selected filters related to homo sapiens.

Is this behavior expected?

@pati-ni

First, let me clarify the steps to get to where you are:

If so, looking at the output, the taxon does seem to be getting filtered correctly: column 7, the taxon field, seems locked to "NCBITaxon:9606". Looking at a particular ENSMUS line, like

UniProtKB:Q7RTU3 Oligodendrocyte transcription factor 3 GO:0097476 Ensembl NCBITaxon:9606 IEA UniProtKB:Q6PFG8|ensembl:ENSMUSP00000057106 PANTHER:PTHR19290 protein GO_REF:0000107 20210417

That is a human IEA (https://geneontology.github.io/docs/guide-go-evidence-codes) annotation that may be using homology for the inference. If you wanted to filter those out, you could do so by selecting something appropriate from the "Evidence" filter.
