Gel Internal Error with rubocop-ast and sassc #132

I ran into some issues while running gel install on an existing codebase. bundle install succeeds.

Gel Version: 0.3.0

Errors encountered with 2 gems:

rubocop-ast
  already installed

sassc
  extconf exited with 1
