Add a Sharing Extension

Pressing the ⌘ + ⇧ + 4 shortcut takes a screenshot and then allows you to immediately add Markup to the screenshot.

If you included a Sharing Extension, then you could take a screenshot, add markup, upload to uPic, then delete the screenshot all in one go.
