If anyone is interested I had a request regarding XML tags.
Not sure what the best plugin would be to something like this to.
I see the “Addons” plugin has an XML item, maybe this can be added to this plugin?
This would add a background highlight to the XML tag / closing tag when the cursor is located in between them.
The Addons plugin has a feature that can mark/highlight all the instances of a word that is doubled clicked on, the XML highlight that I am speaking of would look similiar to that feature. Cannot change the color of the highlight though, I believe it uses the "Mark" color based on the Geany theme, like how the Find (Ctrl+F) tool offers the option to "Mark" items.
That being said, could be nice for user to be able to set the color used for the background highlight for XML tags if possible, this way there wouldn't be any confusing conflicts if "Mark" is already being used/shown in users current document.
Thank You
