Make 3 different panel sizes for new components/pages/layouts #279

I propose we make 3 different panel sizes for when people want to make custom components, dashboards, pages, layouts..

sm (half of medium size?)
med (the current sized one at 1318.8px x 700px we are using for Panel)
lg (full size)
xlg ??

Thoughts @manuel12 @pawel975 @balajik ?
