bendcalc.py should:

  • be accessible from the program menu
  • calculate k-factor
  • calculate setback
  • calculate flange depth
  • calculate bending tonnage requirements
  • calculate flat pattern / blank size
  • allow user to enter tensile strength, material type, inside or outside bend radii, bend angle, bend type (air bending, coining, etc), type pf punch and die, and other machine parameters
