Should I use gatsby-remark-image or gatsby-remark-images-contentful for Contentful remarks?

Hi, I'm new to Gatsby and building a new corporate website.

I have to display images in markdowns managed by Contentful, so I've installed gatsby-remark-image.
After some configs, the plugin has been working well as I expected.
(except that I cannot display images in Webp format...)

However, I found the similar plugin, gatsby-remark-images-contentful, works as almost the same way.

For future development, should I use gatsby-remark-image or gatsby-remark-images-contentful to meet my purpose?
