unreadable colours for highlight in docs

Hey I'm colourblind and I really struggle to see the green/yellow difference in the code snippets. could that be changed?

Hmm, for whatever reason, the highlights are no longer visible at all? In addition, it's surprising that the default sphinx theme is not colour friendly: https://github.com/galaxyproject/total-perspective-vortex/blob/main/docs/conf.py#L77 but perhaps it can be tweaked there?

As an additional datapoint, I found that changing my monitor settings from ComfortView -> Movie caused the colours to be visible again. This may be worth filing a bug with sphinx as well, but @cat-bro is looking into a fix.
